Application Notes (TDS)

Basecoat flash-off: allow 15–20 minutes between basecoat and Global 5000 application.
HVLP setup (TDS reference): nozzle ranges shown around 1.2–1.5 mm, with spray distance commonly listed at 15–20 cm (varies by hardener selection).

Important Handling & Storage (TDS)

Humidity control: equipment should be absolutely dry; close the hardener container immediately after use.
If RH > 70% and/or temperature < +10°C, drying at 60°C is recommended.
Storage temperature: keep between +5°C and +30°C, away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 1 year in unopened original packaging.
