Kolorhaus – Orders & Shipping Policy

1. Orders

Ordering Methods

  • In-Store: Customers can place orders directly at our store located at:
    6030 NW 99th Ave Ste 408, Doral, FL 33178, United States.

  • Online: Orders can be placed through our online store at

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Customers will receive an order confirmation via email once the order has been successfully placed.

  • Order Modification or Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances. Please carefully review your order, shipping, and payment details before checking out.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed over the weekend (after 3:00 pm EST Friday) will be processed on Monday and shipped by Tuesday in most cases.

Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. In case a product is not available, we will contact the customer to offer an alternative or refund the corresponding amount.

2. Shipping

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery time is 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery time is 1–3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take between 7–21 business days.

Shipping Carriers

  • National Shipments: We primarily use UPS for faster delivery and better delivery management in most ZIP codes we serve.

  • International Shipments: Mainly shipped with UPS. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees charged by customs in the destination country.

Order Tracking

  • All shipments include a tracking number that will be emailed to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Policy

  • Failed Delivery: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Kolorhaus is not responsible for the failed delivery. The customer will need to cover any additional re-shipping costs.

  • Store Pickup: Customers may choose to pick up their orders at our store at 6030 NW 99th Ave Ste 408, Doral, FL 33178, United States, at no additional cost.

3. Pre-Order Items

Any order that includes a pre-order item will ship in full once all items are available. These orders will not be split into multiple shipments.
If you need in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please place two separate orders:

  1. One for the available items.

  2. One for the pre-order items.
